Ingredients:
- For the filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the rolls:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, then roll up starting from the wider end.
- In a small bowl, mix ½ cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
