- Cinnamon Butter
- 35 g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- French Toast
- 4 slices thick bread
- 1 large egg
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Cream Cheese Icing
- 10 g unsalted butter, softened
- 30 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 20 g icing sugar

Instructions:
- Make the cinnamon butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare the bread: Cut each slice of bread into bite-sized cubes. Using a small knife or your finger, gently create a pocket in each cube and stuff with a small amount of cinnamon butter.
- Make the egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla.
- Cook the bites: Dip the stuffed bread cubes into the egg mixture, coating all sides. Cook in a nonstick pan over medium heat until golden brown on all sides and cooked through.
- Coat: Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. While the bites are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
- Make the icing: Whisk together butter, cream cheese, and icing sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Enjoy the warm cinnamon roll French toast bites dipped in cream cheese icing.
