Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Chimichanga

 

Ingredients:

  • Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (or 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp sugar)
  • Chimichangas
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional Toppings
  • Caramel sauce
  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh berries

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar; mix until creamy.
  2. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
  3. Skillet: Brush with butter and cook seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
    OR Air Fryer: Brush with butter and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. While warm, roll chimichangas in cinnamon sugar.
  5. Serve warm with caramel sauce, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or berries.
