Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl
5. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter until smooth.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter. Use a knife to gently swirl it through the batter.

Glaze
8. While the cake is baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
9. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake before serving.
