Ingredients :
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 (8 ounces each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon; set aside.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough and carefully place it on top of the filling.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the top, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture all over.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crisp on top.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.

Serve chilled or slightly warm. For extra flavor, drizzle with caramel sauce or top with whipped cream before serving.
