Churro Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients :

  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 (8 ounces each) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
  6. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and carefully place it on top of the filling.
  7. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture all over.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crisp on top.
  9. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.

Serving Tips

Serve chilled or slightly warm. For extra flavor, drizzle with caramel sauce or top with whipped cream before serving.
