Christmas Puffcorn Munch

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) bag butter-flavored puffcorn
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips or 12 oz almond bark
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)
  • ½–1 cup Christmas nonpareil sprinkles (red, green & white)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the puffcorn into a large mixing bowl and break apart any clumps.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn and gently toss until fully coated.
  4. Sprinkle the Christmas nonpareils over the mixture and toss lightly.
  5. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let set for 10–15 minutes (or 5 minutes in the fridge).
