Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) bag butter-flavored puffcorn
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips or 12 oz almond bark
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)
- ½–1 cup Christmas nonpareil sprinkles (red, green & white)
Instructions:
- Pour the puffcorn into a large mixing bowl and break apart any clumps.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn and gently toss until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the Christmas nonpareils over the mixture and toss lightly.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let set for 10–15 minutes (or 5 minutes in the fridge).
