Ingredients:
2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
Christmas sprinkles
Hershey Kisses, unwrapped (any flavor)
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly, add a few sprinkles and a Hershey Kiss, then roll into a ball. Repeat with all biscuit pieces.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Shake to mix.
- Add several dough balls to the bag at a time and shake until fully coated. Place coated balls into the prepared bundt pan. Continue until all dough balls are coated and in the pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until combined, then pour evenly over the dough balls in the bundt pan.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is deep golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Place a plate over the bundt pan, invert, and lift the pan away to release the monkey bread.
- Add more sprinkles on top if desired, then serve warm.
