Christmas Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
Christmas sprinkles
Hershey Kisses, unwrapped (any flavor)
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly, add a few sprinkles and a Hershey Kiss, then roll into a ball. Repeat with all biscuit pieces.
  3. In a large zip-top bag, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Shake to mix.
  4. Add several dough balls to the bag at a time and shake until fully coated. Place coated balls into the prepared bundt pan. Continue until all dough balls are coated and in the pan.
  5. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until combined, then pour evenly over the dough balls in the bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is deep golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Place a plate over the bundt pan, invert, and lift the pan away to release the monkey bread.
  8. Add more sprinkles on top if desired, then serve warm.
