Christmas Jello Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml), divided
  • 1 (3 oz) packet red Jello
  • 1 (3 oz) packet green Jello
  • 4 cups very finely grated unsweetened coconut, divided

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix half of the condensed milk with the green Jello powder until smooth.
  2. Add 1½ cups of the coconut and mix to form a dough.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, then roll each ball in ½ cup coconut.
  4. Repeat the same steps with the remaining condensed milk and red Jello.
  5. Place all balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
