Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml), divided
- 1 (3 oz) packet red Jello
- 1 (3 oz) packet green Jello
- 4 cups very finely grated unsweetened coconut, divided
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix half of the condensed milk with the green Jello powder until smooth.
- Add 1½ cups of the coconut and mix to form a dough.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, then roll each ball in ½ cup coconut.
- Repeat the same steps with the remaining condensed milk and red Jello.
- Place all balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
