Christmas Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • Sauce:
  • 1 (14 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. Warm over medium heat until smooth (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add the meatballs and coat well. Cover and simmer on medium-low for 15–20 minutes, until heated through.
  3. Serve warm in a bowl or slow cooker. Garnish with parsley or rosemary if you like.
