Christmas Cranberry Honey Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whip the softened butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped dried cranberries.
  4. Transfer to a dish or shape into a log using parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm, then serve.
