Christmas Crack Cups

Ingredients:

  • Ritz crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Chocolate chips
  • Festive sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Place one Ritz cracker in each liner.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil until bubbly. Remove from heat.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the butter–sugar mixture over each cracker.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let them melt, then spread evenly.
  7. Top with festive sprinkles and freeze until set.
