Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup red & green holiday sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips and holiday sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool 2 minutes on the sheet, then move to a wire rack to cool fully.
