Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows; gently fold to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
