Ingredients:
- 11 oz milk chocolate, melted
- 11 oz white chocolate, melted
- 4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
- 24 graham cracker squares (or 12 full-size crackers, broken in half)
Instructions:
- Place the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, then continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth (about 90 seconds total).
- Dip one end of each graham cracker into the melted milk chocolate. Place on parchment paper and repeat with all crackers. Allow the chocolate to set.
- Melt the white chocolate using the same microwave method.
- Dip the opposite end of each graham cracker into the white chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy canes.
- Let set completely before serving or storing.
