Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (regular)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Make the crust
    Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cream cheese layer
    In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Prepare the pudding
    In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, and cold milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. Layer the pudding
    Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly.
  5. Top it off
    Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  6. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
  7. Garnish & serve
    Crush extra Oreos on top or add chocolate shavings before serving.
