Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries
- 1 cup Ghirardelli chocolate melting wafers
- 48 pieces candy corn
- 24 candy eyes
- 12 orange M&Ms or 6 Reese’s Pieces (cut in half)
- 12 red sprinkles
Instructions
- Line your workspace with parchment paper.
- Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly to help the chocolate stick.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering about three-quarters of the berry.
- While the chocolate is still wet, decorate each strawberry with candy corn, candy eyes, M&Ms (or Reese’s), and a red sprinkle to form the “turkey” features.
- Set the decorated strawberries on the parchment paper and allow them to cool and harden.
- Transfer to the refrigerator until ready to serve or store.
