- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup warm water
- Boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Gradually add the warm water, mixing until a thick batter forms that easily coats a spoon.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip the chicken pieces into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Carefully place the battered chicken into the hot oil, a few pieces at a time.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
