Chicken Alfredo Garlic Toast

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices garlic toast
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon using your preferred method until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Add the cubed chicken to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Prepare the garlic toast according to package directions.
  6. Top each slice of garlic toast with cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  7. Return to the oven just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve immediately.
