Ingredients:
- 8 slices garlic toast
- Olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Dried parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the bacon using your preferred method until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the cubed chicken to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Prepare the garlic toast according to package directions.
- Top each slice of garlic toast with cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Return to the oven just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve immediately.
