Ingredients:
- 1 package Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Supreme Muffin Mix (including poppyseed packet)
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8½ × 4½-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, stir together the muffin mix, water, egg, and enclosed poppy seeds until just moistened.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Gently swirl cherry pie filling through the batter using a knife.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes, remove from pan, and cool completely before slicing.
