Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mushrooms, rice, vegetable broth, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.
