Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until softened.
- In a bowl, mix sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese and mozzarella.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
