Ingredients :
Chicken & Pasta:
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic (use microplane)
2 cups rotini pasta
2½ cups chicken bone broth
½ cup heavy cream
Cheesy Sauce:
1½ cups sharp cheddar
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley (garnish)
Equipment:
Cast Iron Skillet (12″+ for one-pan cooking)
Microplane Zester (for fresh garlic mincing)
Directions:
Sear Chicken:
Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sear in hot olive oil in cast iron skillet until golden (6-8 mins). Remove.Sauté Aromatics:
Melt butter, add minced garlic (30 secs).Cook Pasta:
Add rotini, chicken broth, and cream. Boil → simmer covered 12-14 mins.Cheesy Finish:
Stir in chicken, cheddar, Parmesan, smoked paprika, S&P. Melt into cream sauce.Garnish:
Rest 2 mins. Top with fresh parsley.
