Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 cups green apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup of granola or crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

  1. Cheesecake Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese with hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; blend.
  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; fold into cheese mixture with spatula.
  1. Fruit Prep:
    Combine strawberriesapples (cored with apple corer), and grapes in large bowl.

  2. Assemble:

  • Gently fold filling into fruit.
  • Transfer to trifle bowl. Top with granola.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce.
  1. Chill:
    Refrigerate 1 hour (overnight for richer flavor).
