Cheeseburger Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:

450 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra melt)
½ cup chopped pickles
1 cup shredded lettuce

Optional Burger Sauce

¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion. Stir occasionally until the beef is browned and the onion becomes soft. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Season the mixture
    Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes to blend the flavors.
  3. Warm the tortillas
    Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and flexible.
  4. Assemble the wraps
    Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella if using, chopped pickles, and shredded lettuce.
  5. Add the sauce
    Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a small bowl. Drizzle the sauce over the filling.
  6. Wrap and toast
    Fold the tortillas like a burrito. Place them seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until lightly golden and the cheese melts.

Serving Suggestions

Serve warm with French fries, potato wedges, or a fresh salad. You can also add sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
