Ingredients:
450 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra melt)
½ cup chopped pickles
1 cup shredded lettuce
Optional Burger Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice
Instructions:
- Cook the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion. Stir occasionally until the beef is browned and the onion becomes soft. Drain excess fat if needed. - Season the mixture
Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes to blend the flavors. - Warm the tortillas
Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and flexible. - Assemble the wraps
Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella if using, chopped pickles, and shredded lettuce. - Add the sauce
Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a small bowl. Drizzle the sauce over the filling. - Wrap and toast
Fold the tortillas like a burrito. Place them seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until lightly golden and the cheese melts.
