Cheeseburger French Fry Bake

Ingredients:

For the Bake:

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80–85% lean)
  • 1 bag (28–32 oz) shoestring French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or burger sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prep:
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease baking dish.

  2. Cook Beef:
    Brown ground beef in skillet with oniongarlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Drain fat.

  3. Layer Base:

    • Layer 1: Spread ½ frozen fries in dish.

    • Layer 2: Top with ½ beef mixture. Drizzle ketchupmustard, and burger sauce.

  4. Repeat & Cheese:
    Add remaining fries → remaining beef → sauces. Sprinkle cheddar + mozzarella.

  5. Bake:
    Bake 30-35 mins until cheese bubbles and fries crisp.

  6. Finish:
    Top with pickles and parsleyServe with extra pickles!
