Ingredients:
For the Bake:
- 2 lbs ground beef (80–85% lean)
- 1 bag (28–32 oz) shoestring French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or burger sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease baking dish. -
Cook Beef:
Brown ground beef in skillet with onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Drain fat. -
Layer Base:

Layer 1: Spread ½ frozen fries in dish.

Layer 2: Top with ½ beef mixture. Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and burger sauce.

Repeat & Cheese:
Add remaining fries → remaining beef → sauces. Sprinkle cheddar + mozzarella. -
Bake:
Bake 30-35 mins until cheese bubbles and fries crisp. -
Finish:
Top with pickles and parsley. Serve with extra pickles!
