Ingredients:
- 2 cups soft caramels (Kraft squares or caramel bits)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup butterscotch chips
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup toffee bits
- Optional: 2–3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Instructions:
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- Melt the caramels, heavy cream, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Pour into the pan and spread into a ¼-inch layer.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and optional peanuts over the caramel, pressing gently.
- Let set for 1 hour at room temp or 20–25 minutes in the fridge, then cut or break into pieces.
