Caramel Butterscotch & Chocolate Chip Crunch Bark

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups soft caramels (Kraft squares or caramel bits)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup toffee bits
  • Optional: 2–3 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt the caramels, heavy cream, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour into the pan and spread into a ¼-inch layer.
  4. Sprinkle butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and optional peanuts over the caramel, pressing gently.
  5. Let set for 1 hour at room temp or 20–25 minutes in the fridge, then cut or break into pieces.
