Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped
- 8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Place 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Top with one caramel candy.
- Carefully pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
- Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, as the caramel filling will be hot.
Optional Finishing Touch
Brush warm bombs with melted butter and roll in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar for extra flavor.
