Ingredients:
- 3 oranges
- 200 g sugar
- 120 g orange juice
- 340 g water
Instructions:
- Wash the oranges well. Cover the peels with water and boil for about 8 minutes.
- Drain, cool quickly in cold water, then cut the peels into thin strips.
- Place the peels in a pot with orange juice, water, and sugar. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off heat, let rest for 10 minutes, and cover with a lid.
- Drain the peels and spread them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Let dry for at least 1 hour.
- Coat with granulated sugar and serve.
