Ingredients:
- 2 bags fresh cranberries
- 2 cups orange juice (or apple cider/other juice)
- 2 cups Sprite
- Powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
- Wash cranberries and remove any bad ones.
- Place cranberries in a bowl and pour in equal parts orange juice and Sprite until fully covered.
- Refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
- Strain the berries, then coat them in powdered sugar, shaking until fully covered.
- Spread on a baking tray and bake at 200°F for 5 minutes.
- Refrigerate and serve cold — best enjoyed chilled!
