Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz chocolate bark or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger bars
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (not natural)
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: extra crushed Butterfinger, sprinkles, or coarse sea salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until creamy.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger.
- Roll into 1–1½ tbsp balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate; decorate as desired.
- Let chocolate set completely before serving.
