Butter Garlic Steak Bites and Eggs for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 large eggs
  • Fresh parsley (optional), chopped

Instructions:

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the butter coats the steak.
  5. In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your preference (fried, scrambled, or sunny side up).
  6. Serve the steak bites alongside the eggs.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
