Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 large eggs
- Fresh parsley (optional), chopped
Instructions:
- Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the butter coats the steak.
- In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your preference (fried, scrambled, or sunny side up).
- Serve the steak bites alongside the eggs.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
