Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 21 1/4 oz white chocolate
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 1/2 oz unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp bubble-gum flavoring
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops white food gel
  • 3 drops pink food gel
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup confetti rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter in 40-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in bubble-gum flavoring, vanilla, and food gels.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour into the pan, smooth the top, and add sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours, then cut into squares.
