Ingredients:
- 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette Cheese with herbs or other soft cheese spread like Boursin
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette
Instructions:
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a ¼-inch clean border around the edge.
- Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese, followed by the fresh basil.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate. A little goes a long way.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette.
