Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a baking sheet.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over each triangle and sprinkle with blueberries.
  • Roll up from the wide end and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
