Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 6 oz brie cheese, cut into small chunks
  • 12 slices deli ham, prosciutto, or bacon
  • 3–4 tbsp blueberry preserves
  • Optional seasonings: black pepper, garlic powder, honey drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Add a small piece of brie into each jalapeño half.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with one slice of ham, prosciutto, or bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place the wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked and the brie is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately spoon a small amount of warm blueberry preserves over each popper.
  8. Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
