Ingredients:
- 6 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
- 6 oz brie cheese, cut into small chunks
- 12 slices deli ham, prosciutto, or bacon
- 3–4 tbsp blueberry preserves
- Optional seasonings: black pepper, garlic powder, honey drizzle
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Add a small piece of brie into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with one slice of ham, prosciutto, or bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked and the brie is melted.
- Remove from the oven and immediately spoon a small amount of warm blueberry preserves over each popper.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
