Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2–3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Cooking spray or butter

Instructions:

  1. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
  2. Drizzle with honey (or maple syrup), then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Scatter fresh blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or butter.
  6. Cook the quesadilla for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet, let cool briefly, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
