Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ can dulce de leche
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 box (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 1¼ cups milk (2% or whole)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1½ sleeves Biscoff cookies
- 5–6 bananas, thinly sliced
- ½ cup melted Biscoff cookie butter
Instructions:
- Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add dulce de leche, sour cream, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
- Add pudding mix. Slowly mix in milk until creamy. Let sit 20 minutes or chill overnight.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Chill 1¼ cups; fold the rest into the pudding.
- Layer ⅓ pudding in a dish, then half the cookies, half the bananas, and a drizzle of cookie butter.
- Repeat layers, then top with remaining pudding.
- Spread reserved whipped cream on top and finish with extra bananas, cookies, and cookie butter. Chill until serving.
