Ingredients :
Dry Mix:

1½ cups organic all-purpose flour

2½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder

½ tsp Himalayan salt

1 tbsp raw cane sugar
Wet Mix:

1¼ cups whole milk

1 pasture-raised egg
-
3 tbsp European-style butter (melted)
Instructions :
- Make Batter:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar through mesh sifter.
Whisk in milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until just combined (small lumps ok). - Cook:
Preheat cast iron griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease.
Pour ¼ cup portions using batter dispenser.
Flip when bubbles form (≈2 mins) → cook 1 min more.
