Directions
- Prep the fruit: Peel the bananas and slice them. If you’re using fresh peaches, slice and remove the pit. For a frostier smoothie, use frozen bananas or peaches.
- Blend: In a blender, combine bananas, peaches, Greek yogurt, and your choice of liquid (orange juice adds a citrusy zing, milk makes it creamier). Add honey and vanilla if desired.
- Adjust thickness: If you like a thick smoothie, toss in a few ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
