Ingredients:
For the Brownies
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Cream base: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour and baking soda just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow to cool completely before slicing.
