Ingredients:
- 8 oz brie cheese wheel
- 1/3 cup pepper jelly jam
- 3 Tbsp crispy prosciutto bits
- 2 Tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook prosciutto slices in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes per side until crispy. Remove and chop into bits.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly score the top of the brie in a shallow crisscross pattern, keeping cuts toward the center.
- Place brie in a small cast iron skillet or on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread pepper jelly evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using) and crispy prosciutto bits.
- Bake for 15–16 minutes, until soft and melted in the center.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme and serve warm with crackers or crostini.
