Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs bacon
  • 3 lb Little Smokies sausages
  • BBQ rub (your preferred brand)
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment for easier cleanup.
    For crispier bacon, set a baking rack over the pan.
  2. Wrap the Smokies:
    Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
    Wrap one piece around each Little Smokie and place seam-side down on the sheet pan or baking rack.
  3. Season and Sauce:
    Sprinkle the wrapped smokies evenly with BBQ rub.
    Drizzle with Asian Zing and Honey BBQ sauce. Use a brush or spoon to coat the tops evenly.
  4. Bake:
    Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the bacon is browned and crispy.
    Bake a few minutes longer if you prefer extra crispiness.
  5. Serve:
    Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm.
