Ingredients:
- 2 packs bacon
- 3 lb Little Smokies sausages
- BBQ rub (your preferred brand)
- Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce
- Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment for easier cleanup.
For crispier bacon, set a baking rack over the pan. - Wrap the Smokies:
Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
Wrap one piece around each Little Smokie and place seam-side down on the sheet pan or baking rack. - Season and Sauce:
Sprinkle the wrapped smokies evenly with BBQ rub.
Drizzle with Asian Zing and Honey BBQ sauce. Use a brush or spoon to coat the tops evenly. - Bake:
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the bacon is browned and crispy.
Bake a few minutes longer if you prefer extra crispiness. - Serve:
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm.
