Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 strips bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and top with chopped bacon.
  4. Roast 25–30 minutes until sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
