Ingredients:
- 2 bags Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 pack sliced bacon, chopped and cooked
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Honey or hot honey
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and place an empty baking sheet inside to heat.
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts, keeping loose leaves for extra crunch.
- Toss sprouts with olive oil. Remove the hot baking sheet, drizzle a little oil on it, and spread the sprouts cut-side down.
- Roast 18–20 minutes until crispy. Flip and broil 1–2 minutes if you want them extra crunchy.
- While they roast, cook chopped bacon until crisp.
- Transfer sprouts to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze, and toss with the bacon.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
