Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a pie dish or quiche pan.
  2. Make the egg mixture:
    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the fillings:
    Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  4. Bake:
    Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  5. Cool and serve:
    Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
