Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and lightly dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the diced apples and walnuts, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
