Ingredients:
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 large apple, peeled and diced small
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 soft caramel candies (or 8 teaspoons caramel sauce)
Optional Coating:
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup cinnamon sugar (1/3 cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Apple Filling:
In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and cool slightly. - Fill the Biscuits:
Flatten each biscuit. Add a spoonful of the apple mixture and one caramel candy to the center. Pinch edges tightly to seal and form a ball. - Bake or Air-Fry:
- Oven: Place bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Air Fryer: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
- Optional Coating:
Brush warm bombs with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness. - Serve:
