Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Prepare the Chicken:
Pat chicken tenders dry. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another, beat the eggs. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl. - Coat:
Dip chicken into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat. - Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with oil, arrange tenders in a single layer, and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. - Make the Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in honey and soy sauce; simmer 1–2 minutes. - Toss and Serve:
Coat the cooked tenders in the honey butter garlic sauce and serve immediately.
Tips:
- For extra crunch, mix a little crushed cornflakes with the panko.
- Serve with rice, fries, or a side salad.
- Sauce can be doubled for dipping.
