Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 8–12 pickle slices
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 small tomato, diced
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard (if using) to make the burger sauce.
- Lay out tortillas. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Add cooked beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato on top.
- Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps, tucking in the edges.
- Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray or brush with a little oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket, seam side down, and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
