 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, chopped (or finely chopped fresh strawberries)
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix dry ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. - Cream butter and cream cheese:
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and beat until light and fluffy. - Add egg and vanilla:
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined. - Combine dry and wet ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries. - Shape and bake:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft. - Cool and serve:
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
